Just finished my run :)
Went easy on used and only did 5 miles :p Did Zumba earlier too! Time to walk home make supper, do some more Zumba to get pumped up than 6 week 6 pack! Favorite time of the day ;)

Alright so this is me and I think it would work for a lot of people, Of you’re having trouble holding off until your next meal and you’re super hungry, start your day off with a banana! Today I had 1/2 cup all bran, 1/2 milk and a banana in a bowl! It tasted so good!! And I’m full :D drink a lot of water to push everything through (especially the all bran) And yeah!...

So I think I did good :) Ate : 613  Exercise: 2020 :) WOOT!!! :) and I wasn’t even hun to the gry!! :D GETTING THERE!!! And I ran 7 miles, Zumba with my sister and the six week six pack! :D woot!!

Didn’t do good, I’d say 2000 calories or so! …. I’m not home I’m around food… I can resist! No exercise… Except I walked around the malls for about 3 hours!
