Idk I baked a lot and I didn’t get to workout long :/
I feel like ass!
I ate like 850 calories so far today and no exercise. Oh well, I’m going to the church for an hour than I’ll workout try to burn 3000 calories :/

Alright so this is me and I think it would work for a lot of people,
Of you’re having trouble holding off until your next meal and you’re super hungry, start your day off with a banana!
Today I had 1/2 cup all bran, 1/2 milk and a banana in a bowl! It tasted so good!! And I’m full :D drink a lot of water to push everything through (especially the all bran)
And yeah!...

WOOT!!! :) and I wasn’t even hun to the gry!! :D GETTING THERE!!! And I ran 7 miles, Zumba with my sister and the six week six pack! :D woot!!

I got some stuff done around the house tho :) but anyways…. Gonna go do the six week six pack, some Zumba and then go for a run and more Zumba :)

Alright so, I’m 5’4 and 123-126 lbs :/
I’m trying to not really lose weight because a number doesn’t matter to me, but instead I wanna gain confidence and get fit!
I eat super healthy and i play all the sports and I run an go to the gym everyday! For me that’s normal, so I don’t know what I can do to get more fit.
I want to get rid of my bigger thighs,...

Been really mad at myself for screwing up so bad
So tomorrow I’m clearing my history and starting a 88 day plans and I won’t cheat and I will lose the fat!!!!! :D

Didn’t do good, I’d say 2000 calories or so! …. I’m not home I’m around food… I can resist! No exercise… Except I walked around the malls for about 3 hours! Bought amazing things!!! :) I’ll post later! :) tomorrow: THIS SHIT NEEDS TO STOP! Tomorrow I will get back! :) healthy diet, all exercise! It’s spring break so this will be a BREEZEE!!!!!!...
