I went to a party and all my family visited so yeah :/

Idk I baked a lot and I didn’t get to workout long :/
I feel like ass!
I ate like 850 calories so far today and no exercise. Oh well, I’m going to the church for an hour than I’ll workout try to burn 3000 calories :/

Went easy on used and only did 5 miles :p
Did Zumba earlier too!
Time to walk home make supper, do some more Zumba to get pumped up than 6 week 6 pack! Favorite time of the day ;)

Alright so this is me and I think it would work for a lot of people,
Of you’re having trouble holding off until your next meal and you’re super hungry, start your day off with a banana!
Today I had 1/2 cup all bran, 1/2 milk and a banana in a bowl! It tasted so good!! And I’m full :D drink a lot of water to push everything through (especially the all bran)
And yeah!...
Day 4 or 5(I think?) yesterday!
So I think I did good :)

WOOT!!! :) and I wasn’t even hun to the gry!! :D GETTING THERE!!! And I ran 7 miles, Zumba with my sister and the six week six pack! :D woot!!
Was being lazy :p
I got some stuff done around the house tho :) but anyways…. Gonna go do the six week six pack, some Zumba and then go for a run and more Zumba :)

Wasn’t very hard :p I did all the super advanced! :) made u sweat, it was fun!
Did Zumba for like 2 hours.
Apparently I burned 1906 calories!!!! :D
Now time to do “6 week 6 pack” level 1
I’m kinda nervous idk what to expect! :s
